I understand your researches with Photoshop. You can make marvelous images. I use it myself as a booster to work on my paintings. This method of working is artistically valid.
You can keep it as it is, like a digital work, or you can use it for a work in another medium.
I love your researches. I would like to know if you tried to do something else with it.
