"I'm dancing with insanity, and I love to rock'n roll, I'm satans secret sorcerer on the lookout for your soul". (c. Manfred Marburger)
Actually I'm an artist possessed by the creative process, art for me is a release as well as a constant questioning of my own personality and the space around me. Thus my artistic interest leans very much towards "the artist as psychologist/madman/dervish/shaman".
I like to deal with outward expressions of inner feelings in a more or less realistic way ("Condition Restless"). Another "morbid" interest I nurture is in places where time has left her signature: "bleeding" houses, "fragmented" buildings, landscapes with scars......
I like my art to be like rock music....confront viewers ..... make people think....... react.
My work covers various topics (Black Eros, Peacock Park, Automatic Drawings, Victims and Sinners, to name a few) and I use a variety of techniques within my work to achieve my aim.
Last not least I write poetry, some of which I turn into lyrics for my excursions into the legendary land of rock n roll (as with my band Mishima in the 80s and 90s).
